ExitIndex® is an independent, citizen-led initiative aimed at creating a new index of job stability that is simple, easy to understand and useful to both candidates and businesses. The project is currently being developed in collaboration with most business schools in French-speaking Switzerland. We are now seeking founding partners who wish to contribute to the creation and development of this new HR benchmark.
